It is run by a team of professionals: Mrs Jane Whitby – British Principal, Mrs Nadia Shaltout – Nursery manager & highly qualified/experienced teacher and Mrs Marta Ochman – qualified Polish Montessorian specialist. Working with them are skilled loving staff who are fully trained in Montessori methods and materials. All staff have also completed or are working towards a UK British diploma in child education.
Seedlings is open 8-4 and is open all year apart from governmental holidays. It has different age and ability classes as well as a French section.
Ages: 1 & 1/2 – 4 (older for French section).
Activities include a full active daily timetable, cooking lessons, gyp sessions, Zumba classes, Quran, arts and craft, story telling with a native English speaker, Montessori sessions twice a day, garden time with planned activities and for the older children, reading, writing, maths and activities to prepare them for school.
